1. Our quote we provide is based on the information you have submitted on your listing.

2. Please before accepting our quote can you check over your listing to ensure it is correct, as this is the main information your quote has been generated from. Any unlisted items or items exceeding sizes provided may occur in additional charges due to weight and space in the vehicle.

3. We are based in Glasgow, any items for collection/delivery within a 50 mile radius, we are flexible for collection or delivery.

4. Your items will be delivered as part of a full load heading in a similar direction.

5. All prices exceeding £200 and all house moves must be paid in full via bank transfer. This is for our drivers own safety.

6. We reserve the right to request payment upfront on any job, regardless of location, distance/trips and job type. We will inform you of this before hand.

7. All house moves must have a full and accurate inventory posted on the listing or in a message, this is so we can offer a more realistic quote for the correct vehicle size, amount of trips we may occur & man power.

8. Please message us before accepting our quote to ensure we have your required days if you are on a deadline. Other jobs will be carried out within 7 days of acceptance unless stated otherwise.

By accepting our quote you are also accepting the above terms and conditions of our business. Failure to abide by the terms above will subject you to having additional fee's on top of your quote or your job being cancelled.
